Billing questions
The small print, in plain English
Do I need a card to start?
No. The 30-day trial is Essentials and asks for nothing, not even a card. During the trial, email, payments and text messaging stay locked; they unlock when you choose a plan inside the app.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your data stays. The app asks you to choose Essentials, Premium or Ultimate; until you do, you can still sign in and read everything but not add to it.
What does the free plan include?
Customers, jobs & the round, invoices to download or print and schedule & plan your week. Email, payments and text messaging start on the paid plans.
Which plan takes card payments?
Premium and Ultimate. Pay now appears on every invoice, with cards through Stripe and Direct Debit through GoCardless on your own accounts.
How do I pay?
By card or PayPal from the Plan page inside the app. Change or cancel the plan there too.
Is there a per-user charge?
Plans are per business. Invite the team with the roles they need.
How are pilot trades priced?
Pilot businesses use their module on real work at a discount and get a say in what ships. Email hello@tradeyoke.net to join.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Customers, jobs, invoices and the accountant CSVs export from the app at any time.
