What happens on a rain day?
Move the stops that didn't get done to another day in one go. Each visit is its own record, so nothing is 'marked done' by accident and carried-over work stays visible.
How do customers pay?
By card through Stripe from the pay link, by Direct Debit through GoCardless for regulars, or cash you record on the phone. Everything settles against the invoice and shows in 'Who owes me'.
