Do I need trackers in the vans?
No. The phone app is the tracker. Dedicated devices can be added if you have them.
Can workers see they are being tracked?
Yes. Tracking is consent-gated per worker and visible to them.
Does it send 'on my way' texts automatically?
Not yet. You can text the customer from the stop; an automatic ETA message is on the roadmap.
